When you contact us on WhatsApp or through a website form, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and manage the job.

Your information is used to review print jobs, send quotes, process orders, coordinate pickup or delivery, generate invoices, and provide customer support.

We may also use contact details to follow up on incomplete enquiries, order issues, defective-product claims, or changes needed before production starts.

We do not collect information for unrelated marketing purposes beyond reasonable business communication connected to Naz3D services.

Files and design references are used only for reviewing, quoting, and producing the requested job. That includes STL files, images, sketches, and customization instructions.

If a print request contains sensitive product ideas or internal business information, it is still your responsibility to share only what is necessary for quotation and production.

We treat uploaded job information as business-use content for completing the requested service, not as public marketing material unless you explicitly approve otherwise.

Payment information is handled through the enabled payment gateways or manual payment process used for your order. Naz3D does not intentionally store full card details on this website.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect customer information, but no online system should be treated as risk-free. Customers should avoid sending unnecessary confidential information through open channels.

Access to order, account, and admin information is limited to operational use for running the business and supporting customer requests.
