Terms and conditions for Naz3D orders

These terms apply to purchases, custom 3D printing requests, quote enquiries, UPI/manual payments, local pickup, and delivery orders placed with Naz3D Creations.

Orders and customization

Ready products can be ordered from the shop. Custom products may require text, color, size, logo, file, or other buyer-provided details before production.

For made-to-order or personalized products, production starts only after order details and payment are confirmed.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dimensions, color preferences, and uploaded design details before approval.

Payments

Orders currently support UPI/manual payment. Payment is treated as pending until Naz3D verifies the payment receipt, reference, or screenshot.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is not completed or cannot be verified.

Prices can change for custom work based on size, material, complexity, quantity, finishing, and delivery requirements.

Delivery timelines

Ready-to-buy products usually delivered within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation.
Custom and personalized products usually delivered within 3-7 working days after final approval, depending on print complexity.
Bulk, prototype, or complex jobs may take 7-20 working days or longer if discussed before confirmation.
Courier transit is separate from production time and depends on the delivery location.

Returns, refunds, and replacements

Returns are accepted only for defective products or items that materially differ from approved order details.
Defect or replacement claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
Approved replacements are usually delivered within 3-7 working days after review.
Return the Products within 3-5 working days of receiving to be eligible for refunds / replacements at the customer cost.
Approved refunds, where applicable, are usually initiated within 5-7 working days after claim approval.
