Shipping and return policy for Naz3D orders

This page explains how Naz3D Creations handles shipping, delivery, local pickup, and returns for ready-to-buy products and custom print orders.

Shipping policy

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and final approval of the product or print request. Ready-to-buy products usually move faster than custom printed orders.

Delivery timelines depend on the type of item, print time, finishing work, order volume, and the delivery location. For Chennai orders, pickup or local coordination may be available depending on the job.

If an order has a production lead time, that lead time is separate from courier transit time. Custom jobs, personalized items, and bulk orders may take longer than ready stock items.

Pickup and delivery

  • Local Chennai pickup may be available for selected orders.
  • Delivery timelines are shared during quote or order confirmation.
  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are accurate before dispatch.
  • If an order includes custom printing, dispatch starts only after the print is completed and checked.

Return policy

Naz3D Creations accepts returns only for defective products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, custom preference changes, or minor variation that is inherent to the 3D printing process.

If you receive a defective item, contact us promptly with your order details, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. We will review the case and decide whether replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Custom orders, personalized items, and made-to-order prints are generally non-returnable unless the delivered product is defective or does not materially match the approved order details.

Defective product claims

  • Report defective items as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Share clear photos or video showing the defect.
  • Do not discard the item until the review is completed.
  • Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Custom print orders and dispatch timing

Custom 3D printed jobs do not behave like mass-produced stock items. Production starts only after the design, quantity, and quote are reviewed and approved, which means dispatch timing depends on the actual print schedule.

Urgent jobs may still be possible, but they should be discussed before payment so the delivery expectation is realistic. This is especially important for student deadlines, prototype samples, event quantities, and replacement-part requests.

What is not treated as a defect

Because Naz3D works with 3D printed products, small layer lines, minor surface differences, and slight print-process marks are not automatically treated as defects unless they materially affect the intended use of the item.

If an order was produced from customer-approved details, changes of mind about color, wording, dimensions, or finish are not treated as defective-product claims. That distinction keeps the policy practical for custom production work.
